Totally. Ok, so seriously, if someone you don’t know messages you and asks you to draw a picture of them and ____ (insert character from a show here), what would you usually do? Ok, so maybe you’re nice, and awesome, and feel like making everyone feel happy and bright and excited about things. Maybe you like letting rabbits into your garden, too.
Maybe it is just me. But I doubt it. As far as I can tell, usually the person who asks such a thing is somewhat of a rabid fan, who isn’t really concerned with the person drawing it so much as they just want a picture. They are also usually quite rude, almost assuming that you will indeed do this for them, or that they are worthy of your attention, or that the subject they are proposing is automatically interesting enough to draw (because, hey, they like it!).
People like this irritate me.
So I think this is why I actually did this one. The person who requested this was absolutely none of the above! She didn’t assume I would want to do it. She didn’t even propose what she wanted me to draw until I said I might do it for her; she merely asked if I would. And after I said I might (though I specified that I might not), she told me what she wanted, leaving it open enough for me to mess with, and sounded as if she actually read what I said (mainly, that I might not finish it; it would all depend on if it was interesting to me and I had time to do it)! What, a person being polite in their requests?! No way!!!
So yeah, that probably had a great deal to do with the fact that I actually finished this picture. That, and all she wanted was the linework, which meant I could get it done within a very short period of time (aka, 2 hours). I’m certainly not a fan of InuYasha anymore, which is why I am still somewhat surprised I actually did this.
So, here it is!

It’s Sesshoumaru from InuYasha, with his arm around her (I didn’t get a very detailed description; only that she had curly hair).
…Enjoy?
