Madness, I say! I can walk down the street and have Utada Hikaru’s “Beautiful World” drumming through my ears. I can hear Persona 3’s crazy “Burn My Dread” start thumping along. I can start singing randomly on the sidewalk. I’ll get as many irritated looks as before, but now I have an excuse to do it!
Yes, I got an mp3 player. I finally broke down and got one. But take this, iPod! It’s an RCA! 8 gigs and it cost me $65! (in case you were unaware before now, I hate (and yes, hate is the right word) iTunes with a passion. Passion. I dislike the set-up, the way you use it, and overall, just the general program. I don’t like where things are, the way it has to be used to connect to the internet……..yeah, and don’t even get me started on the iTunes store. Uh-uh. Horrendous.)
So I’ve been looking for a cheap, easy-to-use, non-iPod mp3 player. And I found one. And now my life is musical again.
On a different note entirely, I’m currently playing said Persona 3. It’s addicting. Oh, my gosh, is it addicting. I mean, time passes without you really noticing it while you’re playing that game. You just plan… “Hey, I think I’ll do karaoke tonight, since Mitsuru’s busy and we can’t go to Tartarus.” “Who should I hang out with after school tomorrow?” “I should really get to the next boss in Tartarus so I can keep up with exploration….” It just keeps going. And then, next thing you know, it’s 2 am and you need to get up for an 8:30 class the next morning, which you know is not going to be pretty. Well, ok, so I’ve never done that, but it sure FEELS like I did (me and less than eight hours of sleep = not good).
I finally got a ‘death’-type persona. I’m pretty excited about that. 😀
Just a heads-up, I think I’ll be starting another manga, but NOT the fan-fic I said I would. I can start the fanfic later, after I finish my crappy comic. For now, I’m going to work on my sister’s story that she’s wanted me to work with for a while.
Haha, that picture ended up being more complicated than I intended. It’ll be a while before it’s done.
Later!
